Throughout her professional career, Arielle has developed a deep understanding of consumer compliance regulations, including the Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and HMDA, among others. In addition, she has cultivated an extensive grasp of the intricate compliance and operational challenges that financial institutions confront when implementing these regulations. As a Director, Arielle has an active role in executing audits and engaging in ongoing consulting projects. Notably, Arielle’s history is underscored by a compelling display of leadership as a Compliance Officer in diverse capacities. She adeptly supervised compliance monitoring efforts, steered process enhancement initiatives, and assumed a pivotal role in identifying compliance vulnerabilities; all the while, fostering robust relationships with key stakeholders.
Having earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Florida Institute of Technology, Arielle is committed to leveraging her diverse compliance skills, industry knowledge, and strong leadership abilities to facilitate financial institutions implementing robust compliance management programs throughout the financial services industry. To further this passion, she is actively pursuing her Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation.
